Operations Coordinator; Part-Time

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated self-starter to help run day-to-day hospitality and lifestyle brand operations. This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality, property management, or operations background who can wear many hats in support of a dynamic small business.

Round Top, Texas and surrounding areas. Hybrid role; at least two (2)+ days in Round Top per week and more during high season and events.

• Handle reservations, online inquiries, bookings, email communications, and guest journey from inquiry through checkout
• Process payments, run payment reports, and assist with operational budgets
• Coordinate special events and retreat logistics
• Support property management including housekeeping team communication, vendor coordination, guest prep, and inventory
• Assist founder in day-to-day operations and special projects

• Experience in operations, hospitality, and/or property management
• A natural systems builder who thrives on creating order and maintaining structure. This is a critical part of the role, as you will serve as an organizational anchor for a fast-moving founder
• Exceptionally organized with strong project management and administrative skills
• An excellent communicator with strong customer service abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Open to a flexible schedule to accommodate hospitality and events

This role is paid hourly (up to 20 hours per week), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
