- Provide the full range of HR Generalist support to around 160 employees (and growing) at one of the company’s non‑union manufacturing plant.
- Work closely with plant leadership.
- 2+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
- 1+ years of Training and Development experience.
- Some experience in a manufacturing plant or similar industrial setting is preferred, but not required.
- Creative/innovative mindset.
