We are seeking a bilingual Regional HR Lead to serve as a strategic partner and operational leader supporting multiple job sites within a defined region. This role is responsible for driving HR execution across workforce planning, employee relations, compliance support, and engagement while ensuring alignment with company culture and business objectives.
The Regional HR Lead acts as the primary HR presence in the field, bridging corporate HR strategy with day-to-day workforce needs. This individual will partner closely with operations and site leadership to proactively address challenges, support a positive employee experience, and ensure consistent HR practices across all locations.

Regional HR Leadership:
- Serve as the lead HR partner for assigned region(s), supporting site leadership and workforce needs
- Execute HR strategies that align with business goals and operational priorities
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and other areas as assigned
- Act as the first point of escalation for employee relations issues, conducting investigations and recommending resolutions
- Support a culture of accountability, respect, and engagement across all job sites
- Lead or support employee engagement initiatives, feedback loops, and cultural pulse checks with the onsite HR representative
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as client/site-specific requirements
- Partner with Safety and Operations to reinforce a compliant and safe work environment
- Participate in onboarding, documentation, and workforce processes to ensure accuracy and consistency as needed
