• Own and evolve SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2), managing platform capabilities and performance
• Define and drive a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer experience improvements
• Act as the voice of the customer, utilizing research and data insights for prioritization
• Manage product backlog, translating strategic objectives into actionable user stories
• Champion the adoption of digital tools and support change management initiatives

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital marketing, eCommerce, or digital transformation
• 10+ years of experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), including architecture and implementation
• Proven track record of managing core commerce platform capabilities
• Strong understanding of omnichannel commerce models and customer engagement best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in highly matrixed, enterprise organizations
• Familiarity with integrations into SAP S/4
  
  HANA or other SAP ecosystem components
• Exposure to personalization platforms and intelligent search tools
• Interest in AI-driven marketing technologies or customer engagement platforms
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance measurement
