Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware, and Domains.
Working knowledge of leading software packages such as MS Office and Lotus Notes.
Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and related software and applications.
Experience in End User device hardware and software troubleshooting.
Knowledge of mobile devices, in particular Blackberry and iPhones.
Experience with building, configuring, replacing, and troubleshooting EUC hardware components.
Good experience in Data Backup Techniques.
Familiarity with virtual environments, MDM, and VPN.
Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM is advantageous.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCP/MCSE are desirable. DELL Certification is also desirable.
Knowledge of ITIL and experience working within an ITIL environment would be beneficial.
Exceptional customer-facing skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with end users.
Logical and analytical approach to work, with accurate record keeping.
Ability to work independently.
Good time management skills.
Focus on delivering quality work.
