What You’ll Do
  • Key liaison between North American Operations and the Learning & Development team, driving strategic initiatives to enhance technician capabilities across the region.
  • Lead efforts to identify skill gaps, shape development plans, and manage technical training programs for over 800 technicians
  • Team with the Learning and Development Team regarding development needs, training calendars, new product training, and other learning initiatives.
  • Drive completion and tracking of individual technician development plans.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on optimal technician level distribution
  • Manage development programs including Tech-X, Apprenticeship initiatives, and Grant Opportunities.
  • Travel ~30-50% overnight is expected.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience in workforce development, operations, or technical training program management.
  • Experience working with large technician populations or field service teams is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), data analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
