- Serve as a process expert in Finance, Supply Chain, Source‑to‑Pay, and Legal Operations to drive business outcomes
- Lead workshops with customers to define, re‑engineer, and improve specific processes
- Guide customers through documentation and user story creation for functional aspects of solutions
- Support unit and user‑acceptance testing throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Prepare and manage customer‑facing deliverables focused on process improvements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance
- At least 5+ years of consulting experience with complex, global organizations in relevant operational areas
- Experience with Service Now Finance & Supply Chain Solutions, including Supplier Lifecycle Operations and Accounts Payable Operations
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in presentation and facilitation tools
- Ability to convert business requirements into configuration requirements through user stories
- Service Now certifications such as Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer
- Experience with systems like SAP ECC, SAP S/4
HANA, and Oracle Procurement Cloud - Knowledge of Knowledge‑Centered Service / Support methodologies
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders in Finance and Supply Chain operations
- Experience analyzing and recommending strategies based on business priorities
