Tradeshow booth decorator and manager

Quantum Infinite is a technology company focused on guiding businesses through the complexities of quantum computing. We assist clients in migrating to Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) standards as per NIST guidelines and help them understand the risks that quantum technology poses to their systems and data. Our mission is to develop quantum-safe strategies and build competency in quantum-safe cryptographic implementations to protect data security.

Additionally, we ensure clients are informed about potential business opportunities presented by quantum computing advancements.

This is an on-site, temporary role for a Tradeshow Booth Decorator and Manager based in the Horseshoebay, Texas. Responsibilities include decorating and designing booth exhibits, managing event logistics, creating engaging visual displays, and maintaining the booth's aesthetic. This role also involves coordinating with vendors, managing setup and teardown, and ensuring adherence to schedules while providing a welcoming presentation experience for clients and attendees during the tradeshow.

• Experience in event planning, booth setup and decoration, and coordinating with vendors
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage booth logistics and ensure timely execution
• Creative design and visual merchandising skills to create compelling and engaging booth setups
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, external vendors, and tradeshow attendees
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with the technology industry, particularly with quantum computing, is a plus
• Experience in creating on‑brand materials for trade shows and marketing purposes is an advantage
