Seeking Data Center Technicians to support the construction and deployment of a large-scale AI data center campus in Abernathy, Texas. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-profile project supporting one of the world's leading technology companies during a critical growth phase.

Whether you're looking to break into the data center industry or expand your hands‑on infrastructure experience, this role provides exposure to enterprise‑level hardware installations, structured cabling, and next‑generation cooling technologies.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Multiple openings are available across all shifts.

• Assemble and prepare server racks, including rail kits, PDUs, cable management, and labeling
• Rack and stack servers, storage devices, and networking equipment
• Install, route, and label copper and fiber optic cabling
• Connect power feeds while following established redundancy standards
• Support airflow optimization and rack cooling initiatives
• Assist with direct‑to‑chip (D2C) liquid cooling installations and connections
• Follow installation procedures, diagrams, MOPs, and project documentation
• Conduct quality inspections and identify installation discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all data center safety and PPE requirements

• Basic understanding of data center environments or IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with hardware installation, rack infrastructure, or structured cabling
• Knowledge of copper and/or fiber optic cabling practices
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift equipment, stand for extended periods, and work within rack environments
• Understanding of workplace safety practices

• Previous data center experience
• Rack‑and‑stack hardware installation experience
• Cat5e/Cat6 or fiber cabling experience
• Experience with airflow management or cooling systems
• Exposure to liquid‑cooled server environments

• Work on a major AI data center deployment

This is a Contract position based out of Abernathy, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $38.00/hr.
