Golden Belt Telephone is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to help provide outstanding IT customer service for GBT operating entities and provide expertise that ensure all customers feel valued. • Repair and maintain computers for company and business technology services.
• Monitor and maintain the company's networks, monitoring and investigating when a security breach occurs.
• Site walk through or remote consultations depending on the customers' needs.
• Research, bidding and setting up data backups, firewalls, servers, routers, switches, PC's, and software.
• Help drive continuous improvement through learning, interaction and communication.

• Ability to perform data transfers/recovery/backups, install firewalls, servers, routers, PC's and software.
• Strong knowledge of latest viruses and spyware and ability to suggest systems/upgrades to protect.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional communication with customers, vendors, and coworkers
