You will diagnose Appian Cloud incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with Tier 3 engineers and Dev Ops. Responsibilities include RBAC, ticketing, and UAT support across the enterprise.
Applicants must have a DoD Secret Clearance, 4+ years in IT service desk or application support, and Appian/AESMP experience. Hybrid on-site work in a DoD environment is expected.
