REQUIREMENTS
Admitted to or eligible for admission in New York.Prior patent litigation experience in district courts and/or before the ITC.Previous experience with handling patent infringement and validity analyses.Previous experience with drafting and preparing motions and briefs concerning patent issues.Previous experience with handling/managing discovery aspects of litigation.Some previous experience/involvement with preparing for, defending, or taking depositions is preferable.Some previous experience with working with expert and fact witnesses is preferable.A degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or related field of study is preferred, but not required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail.Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.SUMMARY
