Coordinate and monitor all outbound freight activity for mill shipping departments and local warehouses. Support machine production and scheduling processes. Correct any errors during the production/shipping process. Manage mill warehouse inventories including finished goods and in-process inventories.

• Monitor and coordinate production, scheduling, and shipping processes using SAP, Optivision, and Visitrak
• Work with Customer Service to meet customer’s order requirements.
• Work with ILC, GLC, and carriers to deliver shipments on time.
• Monitor finished goods inventories and coordinate shipping planning and execute with ILC, GLC, and shipping departments.
• Monitor in process inventories and procedures.
• Support roll salvage process including shipment to local storage and monitoring inventory levels.
• Work a rotating shift to include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Work with railroad on inbound/outbound railcar issues

• Strong proficiency in SAP
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate with a diverse workforce.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google mail, SAP, Optivision, TPE, and Visitrak
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple issues and adapt to a changing work environment
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but related work experience will be a significant factor
