Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Primary Responsibilities

The project manager is responsible for the scope, resources, budget, and oversight of all site capital projects.

• Developing project budgets, schedules, bid packages, completes design material take-off for project purchasing and deliveries.
• Procuring necessary contractors and equipment to complete capital projects.
• Performing turn-key management of multiple projects simultaneously and verifies that contractors have met all standard specifications.
• Verifying all contractor work is following Corrigan OSB, LLC safety standards.
• Conducting safety and daily progress meetings for all fieldwork.
• Conducting project reviews and analysis upon completion.
• Directing site development, foundation, structural and mechanical fabrication and installations for capital projects.
• Finding ways to reduce the cost of equipment and supplies.

A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.

• Outstanding safety and attendance record.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in engineering and/or project management.
• Proficiency in Computer Aided Drafting (2D and 3D) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in writing project scopes, bid packages, and construction agreements.
