Operations Manager
Primary Responsibilities
The project manager is responsible for the scope, resources, budget, and oversight of all site capital projects.
- Developing project budgets, schedules, bid packages, completes design material take-off for project purchasing and deliveries.
- Procuring necessary contractors and equipment to complete capital projects.
- Performing turn-key management of multiple projects simultaneously and verifies that contractors have met all standard specifications.
- Verifying all contractor work is following Corrigan OSB, LLC safety standards.
- Conducting safety and daily progress meetings for all fieldwork.
- Conducting project reviews and analysis upon completion.
- Directing site development, foundation, structural and mechanical fabrication and installations for capital projects.
- Finding ways to reduce the cost of equipment and supplies.
A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.
- Outstanding safety and attendance record.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in engineering and/or project management.
- Proficiency in Computer Aided Drafting (2D and 3D) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in writing project scopes, bid packages, and construction agreements.

- Possess a sense of urgency with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Must be able to work independently as well as being valued a team player.

- Strong problem-solving acumen, able to identify and solve problems, think critically.
- Able to delegate and follow up on responsibilities.
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups of people.
