We are hiring an EH&S Manager

We are also hiring EH&S Coordinators in Afton, TX. Same schedule and benefits, pay range $25-$44 hourly DOE. Reach out directly for details.

• $45-$50 hourly
• $200/day for days worked.
• Currently working 3 weeks on, 1 week off schedules with plenty of overtime.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety programs and policies
• Plan and deliver effective safety training for employees at all levels
• Monitor and enforce compliance across all projects and operations
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near misses
• Build and promote a strong safety culture where everyone takes ownership
• Maintain accurate safety reports and ensure regulatory compliance
• Oversee emergency preparedness and run drills to keep teams ready

• OSHA 30 Certification (additional high-risk activity certifications a plus)
• 2–3+ years of safety management experience (construction or electrical industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations
• Familiarity with Mission Critical projects a plus
• Proven ability to lead, communicate, and build trust across teams
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software
• Preferred: BCSP, IASHEP, OSHA, or NCCER certifications
