Higginbotham Brothers, a Division of US LBM, is Seeking an Operations Lead to join their team in Goldthwaite, TX!

Wage: $10 - $12 an hour (Weekly Pay)

How You Will Spend Your Days as an Operations Lead:

• Effectively schedule, supervise, and direct drivers and yard personnel, ensuring excellent customer service and performance.
• Coordinate and document all fleet maintenance in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Unload or oversee the unloading and storage of incoming merchandise. Ensure that the merchandise received matches orders.
• Assist with facility maintenance.
• Establish and maintain effective communication, coordination, and working relations with customers, personnel, and management.

Operations Lead Requirements:

• Experience: 2 years of experience supervising workers and work groups in a related work environment, i.e. warehouse, lumber yard, etc.
• Special skills: Ability to develop, promote and maintain good customer relations. Ability to maintain good housekeeping and a safe working environment. Must have a good understanding of safety procedures. Excellent communication skills.
• Physical demands: Standing and walking for extended periods of time, bending or stooping, regularly lifting 50 pounds or more on occasion.
