Join Our Team as a Dietary Supervisor

Lead with Excellence and Ensure Quality Nutrition

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dietary Supervisor to work closely with the Dietary Manager and support the operations of the Dietary Services Department. This role is essential to maintaining the highest standards of food service and ensuring that residents receive safe, nutritious, and well-prepared meals.

Your Impact as a Dietary Supervisor

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain Quality Food Service
    :
    Ensure food is prepared according to menu plans and standardized recipes.
  • Supervise Staff
    :
    Lead dietary staff daily, promoting efficient and compliant service.
  • Ensure Safety and Compliance
    :
    Oversee food handling and equipment use to prevent contamination and manage costs.
  • Conduct Inspections
    :
    Monitor food and equipment temperatures, and ensure cleanliness and order in dining areas.
  • Oversee Dining Experience
    :
    Ensure meal trays and orders are accurate and timely, meeting all regulations.
  • Implement Cleaning Protocols
    :
    Enforce cleaning schedules for all equipment and meal service areas.
  • Facilitate Training
    :
    Develop and lead monthly in-service and orientation training for dietary staff.
  • Collaborate with the Dietary Manager
    :
    Review daily tray tickets and resolve discrepancies as needed.
