Field Service Regional Manager

Saber Power Services, LLC (SPS), located in Houston, TX, is a nationally recognized full-service EPC, specialty engineering, procurement, construction, and NETA testing and commissioning company specializing in complex medium- and high-voltage electrical infrastructure in North America.

Saber Power Services is seeking a professional, dedicated individual with a positive outlook for a Regional Operations Manager position in our Rosharon office.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Field Service Regional Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all field service operations within their assigned region, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in project execution.

This role manages Operations Managers and Supervisors, providing direction, support, and accountability to meet client, financial, and operational goals.

The Field Service Regional Manager partners closely with the Director of Operations, Project Controls, and other departments to drive consistent performance across projects, monitor budgets and utilization, and enforce compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry standards.

The Regional Manager serves as the primary leadership presence for their region, fostering a culture of safety, technical excellence, and customer service while ensuring alignment with Saber Power's overall business objectives. This includes developing talent, supporting NETA technician progression, resolving customer issues, and driving operational improvements that contribute to both regional and organizational success.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage multiple offices/territories.
• Drive field utilization & financial performance.
• Safety leadership:
  Drive Saber's safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and client-specific standards.
• Direct Operation Managers, Schedulers, and Coordinators in your region.
• Identify regional growth opportunities
• Monitor client satisfaction & escalates issues before they impact revenue or reputation.
• Monthly reporting & KPI ownership
• Own region P&L responsibility.
• Drive EBITDA improvement initiatives by identifying cost savings, rate adjustments, or utilization improvements.
• Support Director & VP of Field Service with strategic initiatives, M&A integration, and regional expansion.
• All other tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in field service operations, including leadership and management of teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, NETA guidelines, and OSHA/NFPA 70E compliance.
• Proven track record of successfully overseeing complex field projects and managing large teams.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and project cost management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of safety, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction.
