Summary:

Build Assemblies, Stock Shelves, Build/Assemble DC One. Using a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions & test equipment, perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test DC One kits, DC4000 & DC7000 packages.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Work diligently to have warehouse stocked with 1 month+ of inventory.
  • Build Assemblies as needed to meet customer demand.
  • Transfer completed assemblies to the warehouse for stock.
  • Keep work area clean.
  • Set goals for no rejections from QC Dept.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels with physical counts.
  • Adjust inventory as needed with item journals & assembly BOMs.
  • Make sure that all orders go same day when possible.
  • Customer service minded - customer service is our priority.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks & to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced & at times stressful environment.
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong ability to read blueprints & shop drawings.
  • Experience with a variety of hand tools, cutting tools such as saws & routers.
Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing up & working on your feet.

Must be able to lift up to 50+ pounds at times.
