Build Assemblies, Stock Shelves, Build/Assemble DC One. Using a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions & test equipment, perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test DC One kits, DC4000 & DC7000 packages.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Work diligently to have warehouse stocked with 1 month+ of inventory.
- Build Assemblies as needed to meet customer demand.
- Transfer completed assemblies to the warehouse for stock.
- Keep work area clean.
- Set goals for no rejections from QC Dept.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels with physical counts.
- Adjust inventory as needed with item journals & assembly BOMs.
- Make sure that all orders go same day when possible.
- Customer service minded - customer service is our priority.
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks & to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced & at times stressful environment.
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong ability to read blueprints & shop drawings.
- Experience with a variety of hand tools, cutting tools such as saws & routers.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing up & working on your feet.
Must be able to lift up to 50+ pounds at times.
