PSC is seeking an applicant with 5+ years of experience working on CNC Lathe and Mills and authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities- Set-Up and Operate CNC Mills and Lathes (HAAS and YCM).
- Interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Edit CNC programs as needed.
- Operate the machine, configure proper settings, and load proper tooling per job.
- Machine product to specification and use precision measuring equipment to check dimensions and ensure they are within tolerance.
- A minimum of 5 years of CNC machinist experience.
- Ability to complete job from set-up to completion.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with calipers and micrometers. Experience with depth gauges and other QC-related instruments is a plus.
- Experience working with a variety of metals.
- Punctual, reliable, and high attention to detail.
- Personal tooling a plus.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Work Hours:
M–T 5:00am – 3:30pm
