Location: Iowa Park

As a Process Improvement Manager, you will lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across our Food manufacturing operations, fostering a Lean culture and driving operational excellence across the plant. You will serve as the key change agent to implement best‑in‑class processes that improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance, in alignment with Sealed Air’s global Food Packaging strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives that drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and service.
  • Act as a change agent to build a strong Lean culture across all levels of the organization.
  • Coach and train employees in Lean tools and problem‑solving techniques, including Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Standard Work, TPM, and Visual Management.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
  • Lead Kaizen events and focused improvement projects to deliver tangible business results and sustain improvements over time.
  • Develop and implement KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor progress, identify gaps, and communicate results to leadership.
  • Ensure alignment of all local improvement projects with global Food Packaging objectives and Sealed Air’s Operational Excellence strategy.
  • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability, supporting employee engagement and capability development.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Proven experience implementing Lean principles in manufacturing or packaging environments (food industry preferred).
  • Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams, driving change through collaboration and communication.
  • Skilled in data analysis, problem‑solving, and project management with measurable business impact.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills across all organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with ERP and digital manufacturing systems (SAP preferred).
