About The Job

As a Shop Worker at Ironclad Environmental Solutions, your primary focus will be supporting the service and repair of rental equipment and assisting with inventory control. You will help maintain equipment standards, contribute to operational efficiency, and ensure that all units are rental‑ready.

• Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Assist with evaluation of cycle counts and help coordinate adjustments.
• Inspect and ensure that all equipment is properly repaired or serviced prior to release.
• Complete all equipment check sheets as required.
• Ensure that all parts, labor, and miscellaneous items are included on the work‑order.
• Operate forklift as required to move equipment and supplies.
• Deliver and/or pick up berms from customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma (required)
• 1 year of inventory control experience (required)
• Mechanical aptitude (required)
• Welding experience (preferred)
• Must obtain Medical Examiner's Certificate (MCE)
• Forklift certification required within 90 days of hire
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in rental/pump industry (preferred)
