What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Partner with the Sales team to articulate the overall value proposition and strategy to customers
  • Own technical engagement with customers during the trial phase, addressing any issues to ensure success
  • Close complex opportunities using advanced technical knowledge and credibility
  • Deliver product and technical briefings and presentations to potential clients
  • Maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM regarding customer interactions and insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales Engineering or Dev Ops Engineering role
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to convey business benefits and technical advantages
  • Experience in programming/scripting with languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.

    JS, PHP, or .NET
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and travel up to 45% of the time
  • Passion for educating customers on observability risks relevant to their business
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with customer evaluations and developing execution plans
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining customer feedback
