** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate a front-end loader to feed the plant and load trucks safely and efficiently
* Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
* Monitor material quality and communicate with team members to ensure production goals
* Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
* Assist with other quarry operations as needed
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
* Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Willingness to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** Physical Demands of the Job
*** Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
* Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
* Must be able to work in uneven terrain and confined spaces
* Tolerance for exposure to dust, vibration, and other typical quarry conditions
* Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods
