Location: 4932 I-30 West Frontage Road, Caddo Mills, TX 75135

Shift: 1st shift

Schedule: Monday to Friday / 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

• Operate and maintain multiple production line systems
• Check materials to ensure they’re ready for processing
• Inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, and adjust settings using touchscreen controls
• Track inventory, complete production documentation, and enter data accurately
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

• High School Diploma or GED
• Safety‑conscious with strong attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with machinery
• Bilingual skills are a plus!

This role operates in a high‑heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting
. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting 50‑75lbs
. PPE provided.
