• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production of sand and gravel
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to maintain equipment reliability
• Load and unload materials safely using heavy machinery
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations
• Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during shift operations

• Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding, outdoor industrial environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability to changing priorities and shift schedules

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
• Compliance with all company safety policies and procedures is required

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

• Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Frequent bending, stooping, and working in confined spaces
• Manual dexterity to operate tools and controls
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required

• Starting Pay $24.00 per hour DOE
