Clean Rice Supervisor

Shifts:

1st (7am - 4pm) & 2nd (3pm - 12am) Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000

Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Clean Rice Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Supervise a multi-shift operation ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
• Manage operational requirements, including inventory and scheduling coordination with internal teams and external vendors
• Maintain sanitation and fumigation practices to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Communicate daily inventories and operational updates to plant personnel and management
• Collaborate with processing teams to optimize bin and variety utilization for processing and packaging

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in manufacturing or related environment
• Licensed in pest control and fumigation applications
• Experience with SAP shipping and receiving is preferred
• Knowledge of grain handling operations and Lean manufacturing principles
