** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Support plant, yard, and production operations to help maintain efficient daily workflow.
+ Operate equipment, tools, and material handling systems safely and effectively.
+ Perform housekeeping and cleanup activities to promote a safe, organized workplace.
+ Assist with equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repair tasks.
+ Follow safety, environmental, and operational procedures while contributing to team production goals.
** What Are We Looking For*
* + Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with established procedures.
+ Ability to perform physical work in an industrial environment.
+ Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to learn equipment operation, maintenance activities, and plant processes.

** Conditions of Employment*
* + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment*
* Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*
* + $20.00 to $21.00 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
