Grundfos seeks an APU Team Lead to guide a production team onsite in Brookshire, TX. You will focus on safety, quality, training, and performance within an Autonomous Production Unit, driving continuous improvement and smooth workflow.
You’ll coach on standard work, identify bottlenecks, track KPIs, and support staffing and lean initiatives. Shift flexibility is required. Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
