Job Description
We're seeking a Production Line Operator to join the Reterra Corporation team! Reterra is a plastic recycling company looking for dependable, safety-focused team members to support our 24/7 production operation.
In this role, you'll help operate production equipment, handle materials, record production information, and keep the recycling process running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production line equipment
- Safely operate a forklift
- Handle and move materials throughout the production area
- Record basic production data
- Follow operating instructions and safety procedures
- Work with piping, pumps, filters, and other production equipment as assigned
- Assist with pumping, filtering, and loading liquid materials as needed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with production and maintenance team members
- Assist with other production duties as needed
Requirements:
- Dependable and safety-focused
- Able to perform physical work throughout the shift
- Willing and able to work rotating shifts
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Forklift experience preferred
- Manufacturing, production, machine operation, chemical, industrial, or maintenance experience is a plus
- Experience with piping, pumps, steam, electrical work, or mechanical equipment is a plus

- Starting pay $14 - $18 per hour (based on background & experience)
