• Plan and execute online and offline strategic events across the APAC region
• Lead and coordinate local market teams to implement regional offline events
• Manage end-to-end event operations, including pre‑event promotion, on‑site execution, and post‑event follow‑up
• Identify and coordinate the employer’s participation in industry conferences and community activities
• Responsible for budget management and post‑event data reporting

• Over 5 years of experience in planning and executing both online and offline events
• Experience in fintech and digital events preferred; knowledge of the Web3 industry is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment
• Outstanding stakeholder and personnel management skills

• Energetic, engaging, and creative with a self‑driven attitude
• Willingness to cover all aspects of marketing and business activities
• Success driven by creativity, innovative thinking, and excellent execution capabilities
