In this hands on Marketing Specialist role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of campaigns that elevate the brand, engage customers, and fuel business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and external providers to deliver high‑impact marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans covering brand positioning, digital performance, and customer experience.
- Manage all digital marketing channels (website, social, email, paid media, video) to grow awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Lead website development and create engaging content across platforms.
- Track and analyze marketing performance; use data to optimize spend and strategy.
- Support sales with marketing materials, insights, and analytics.
- Capture and edit campaign‑specific photos and video as needed.
- Ensure consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in a high‑growth, well‑managed company.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies; CRM experience (Hub Spot a plus).
- Proven success in leading cross‑functional initiatives and managing projects.
- Analytical and data‑driven decision‑maker.
- Excellent communication skills—copywriting, proofreading, and verbal.
- Highly ethical, self‑motivated, positive team player.
