Public Relations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Public Relations Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our Tunnel Rush communications team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement PR strategies, manage media relations, and enhance our brand image across multiple channels. This role requires strong writing, communication, and strategic thinking skills to effectively convey our organization’s message.

• Develop, execute, and monitor PR campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
• Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
• Pitch story ideas and coordinate media interviews.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR activities and results.
• Support internal communications initiatives, including newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Handle crisis communications and maintain brand reputation in challenging situations.
• Organize and support events, press conferences, and community outreach programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Knowledge of media monitoring tools complies with PR analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
