360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving
360 for day-to-day activities.

Are you skilled at developing messaging, value propositions, and strategic briefs for cross-functional teams to successfully execute? We are seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to join the growing Activation and Partnerships team. This is a pivotal role in delivering DAFgiving
360’s growth. This candidate will be responsible for developing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for donor-advised fund and charitable planning education for Registered Investment Advisory Firms (RIAs). Robust education specifically curated for RIAs is critical to growing our impact, increasing engagement with our platform, and accelerating adoption of donor-advised funds.
The ideal candidate is a creative and results-driven leader with the ability and passion for leveraging data and insights to identify education needs and turn those needs into a strategic plan. This role is responsible for leading a highly visible product education workstream with the objective of further establishing DAFgiving
360 as the go-to partner for RIAs.
This individual must have the ability to see the big picture, set a vision for where we want to go, encourage key partners and stakeholders to adopt this vision and contribute to its success, and ruthlessly execute the plan with precision and excellence. The successful candidate will excel at collaborating with Strategy, Marketing, and Sales teams to effectively package and deliver impactful product education.
This role will partner very closely with Marketing to determine what educational content should be developed internally and what will be outsourced through strategic partners. The successful candidate should be an expert at developing detailed go-to-market program briefs for marketing to deliver integrated marketing plans that meet program goals and objectives.
This individual is also responsible for the third-party strategic partnerships strategy to deliver charitable planning education and resources through multiple channels like webinars, in-person events, and sales meetings. Identifying , structuring, and executing partnerships are essential functions to expand our impact and accelerate growth. This includes potential partnerships with philanthropic planning and sector thought leaders, non-profits, and other key external vendors that align with our mission and business objectives.
