Staff Nurse (RN and LVN) - PRN

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses - Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our care team on a PRN basis. You will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and well‑being of our residents. If you are passionate about making a difference and thrive in a supportive, resident‑centered environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to appropriate staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care.
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Requirements:

• Current and valid RN or LVN license in the State of Texas.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Compassionate, dependable, and energetic personality.
