Job Summary and QualificationsWe are looking for a skilled and compassionate Kidney Transplant Coordinator who will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will ensure a smooth flow of the transplant evaluation process and provide comprehensive post-transplant care. Your role involves working closely with patients and their families from the initial evaluation through the transplant process, fostering continuity of care.
Essential Job Functions- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience.
- Completion of initial and ongoing training as required for service line and patient population.
- A valid Texas RN license; BCLS certification.
