We currently have a contract to provide continuous care to a medically fragile child in Littlefield, TX. The schedule is Monday‑Friday 7:15 am‑3:15 pm (school hours).

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Compact licenses to be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component
• TB skin test within last 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
