We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide excellent patient care in our state‑of‑the‑art facility. As an LVN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care to patients, ensure quality patient outcomes, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing basic care to patients
• Monitor and report patient vital signs, symptoms, and changes in their condition to the healthcare team
• Perform routine tasks such as vitals, laboratory tests, and other procedures as ordered by physicians
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
• Collaborate with licensed healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in quality improvement activities to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas
