Position Overview

A traveler‑friendly hospital in Eastland, TX is seeking an experienced ER RN to join their night‑shift emergency team. This role offers strong weekly pay, the possibility of block scheduling, and the chance to work in a high‑acuity rural emergency department where adaptability and strong clinical judgment are essential. Requirements

• Active Texas or Compact RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (AHA)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience
• Strong triage, assessment, and critical‑care skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Triage and manage emergency patients across all acuity levels
• Provide rapid assessment, stabilization, and ongoing care
• Administer medications, perform interventions, and assist with procedures
• Collaborate with providers, EMS, and inpatient teams
• Document accurately and follow all facility protocols
• Maintain readiness for high‑volume and high‑acuity situations
