Renew Home Health is seeking a dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in-home visits across the Breckenridge area. In this PRN role, you will administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patients under RN supervision, with a focus on safe, compassionate, one-on-one care.
You should have an active Texas LVN license, at least one year of nursing experience (home health a plus), and a valid Texas driver’s license.
