Interim Health Care is seeking a Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Anahuac, TX. You will provide home-based care under the supervision of an RN, support patients after hospital discharge, and collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs and aides to deliver quality care.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited LVN program, active TX LVN license, minimum 1 year LVN experience (preferably home health), CPR certification, and knowledge of home health regulations.
