Cedar Lake Wellness & Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charge Nurse (RN/LVN) to join our team of healthcare professionals in Malakoff, Texas, United States. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care and satisfaction. This is a full-time opportunity.

• Leadership and Management:
  Supervise and coordinate the activities of RNs, LVNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Patient Care Coordination:
  Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions.
• Staff Education and Development:
  Provide guidance and support to less-experienced nurses, and participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
• Quality Improvement:
  Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing patient care and facility operations.

• Current RN or LVN licensure and active registration with the Texas State Board of Nursing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
