A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Registered Nurse
- Rehabilitation Center. This will be full time.
Pay Rate: $47.00 an hour paid weekly
Shifts Available:
Full Time - 5x8 hour shifts per week, includes every other weekend - can choose which shift is preferred - times listed below 6:45am-3:15pm (1st shift) 3pm-11pm (2nd shift) 11pm-7am (3rd shift)
Benefits: available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
Key Responsibilities- Complete nursing assessments, monitor changes in condition, and update care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery goals.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and care needs.
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Communicate changes in patient status and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
- Supervise and support LPNs and nursing assistants while maintaining quality and safety standards.
