About the Role:The Assistant Director of Nursing (RN/LVN) will play a crucial leadership role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This dynamic role will involve overseeing daily nursing operations, providing guidance and support to nursing staff, and collaborating with other departments to achieve our organization's goals.
Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure exceptional patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports our organization's values
- RN or LVN licensure in the state of Texas
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse, with a focus on geriatric care and rehabilitation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
