In this role, you will deliver clinically focused care, including assessments, medication administration, ventilator and tracheostomy management, and wound care, while closely monitoring and documenting patient status. You will collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team to follow individualized care plans, educate caregivers, and support patient comfort, safety, and independence.
