Licensed Vocational Nurse; LVN; Night Shift

• Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Document patient care and progress in accordance with facility policies and regulations

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Current LVN licensure in the state of Texas

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in nursing or a related field preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an LVN in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting (n/a)
