Director of Nursing

Bronte Health & Rehab Center is seeking an exceptional Director of Nursing to lead our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in providing top-notch care to our short-term rehabilitating patients and long-term residents. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our nursing services and ensuring the highest level of quality care for our residents.

• Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to our nursing team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, budgeting, and clinical excellence.

• Clinical Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including medication management, treatment plans, and resident assessments.

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

• Communication: Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall quality of care and resident satisfaction.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: (or related field) or equivalent experience.
