RN, Healthcare Nursing

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate 6/2 FT LVN/RN to join our team at Avir at North Richland Hills in Richland Hills, Texas. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care and compassion to our patients, while working collaboratively with our dedicated staff to deliver outstanding patient experiences.

In this dynamic and patient-focused environment, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with daily living activities

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and patients

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records and reports

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

• Current licensure as an LVN or RN in the state of Texas

• Ability to work a 8-hour day shift, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with occasional weekend and holiday shifts

• Experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
