Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a rewarding contract assignment in Carlsbad, Texas

• Position: Behavioral Health LPN

• Location: Carlsbad, TX

• Contract Length: 26 Weeks

• Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week

• Shift: Evening Shift

• Estimated Gross Pay: $1,726 Per Week

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses

• Observe, assess, and document patient behaviors and progress

• Support treatment plans and therapeutic interventions

• Maintain accurate medical records and nursing documentation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care

• Promote a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment

• Active LPN/LVN license

• Current BLS certification (facility requirements may vary)

• Behavioral health, psychiatric, or mental health experience preferred

• Strong assessment, communication, and de-escalation skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
