Schedule:
Clinic schedule varies; typically 2–3 weekdays and every other weekend for full-time needs; some holidays may be required.
Pay: $37.17/hr
SummaryThis LVN/LPN role supports a high-volume retail clinic delivering evidence-based care and excellent patient experience. Ideal for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with urgent care/primary care style experience, strong EMR documentation, and comfort with vaccines/POCT.
Responsibilities- Intake, vitals, assessments, documentation, and patient education
- Vaccines, POCT, and phlebotomy (where permitted)
- Maintain accurate records and clinic readiness (stocking/cleanliness)
- Active LVN/LPN license + BLS
- Primary Care / Urgent Care / ER background preferred
- Epic EMR preferred; strong documentation required
